Eggs
Once you try these eggs, it’s hard to go back to the pale, watery ones from the supermarket. Our hens spend their days outside scratching for bugs, eating fresh greens, and soaking up the sun—and you can taste that happy lifestyle in every egg. These eggs are famous for their vibrant, deep orange yolks and rich, creamy flavor. Because they are ultra-fresh, the whites are firm and hold their shape perfectly when you crack them into the pan. They add incredible richness to baking, but honestly, they are best enjoyed simply fried or poached on toast.
Carrots
Taste the difference of carrots grown with care and harvested just days before they reach your kitchen. Unlike supermarket carrots that are bred for long transport, ours are selected for flavor first. These carrots have a satisfying "snap" when eaten raw and develop a wonderful, deep natural sweetness when roasted. They are the perfect everyday staple for healthy snacks, hearty stews, or simply grated into a fresh salad.
Tomatoes
Forget the rock-hard, tasteless tomatoes you find at the grocery store. Our tomatoes are left on the vine until the very last moment, allowing them to develop their full sugar content and deep red color naturally under the sun. When you open the bag, the first thing you’ll notice is the incredible aroma of the tomato vine. These are thin-skinned, juicy, and packed with that perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. They are delicious enough to eat like an apple, but perfect for slicing onto sandwiches or tossing into a fresh salad.
Milk
This is milk as it was meant to taste. Unlike the standardized, homogenized milk you find in the grocery store, our farm milk retains its natural structure and full, rich flavor. Because we don't homogenize our milk (a process that smashes the fat molecules), you will notice a delicious layer of golden cream rising to the top of the bottle. You can spoon this off for your coffee, or give the bottle a good shake to mix it back in for the creamist glass of milk you’ve ever had. It’s sweet, silky, and comes from cows grazing on fresh local pasture.
