Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GårdLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

GårdLink provides a platform for farmers to create online storefronts, manage products and inventory, and process orders. We are a software service provider and do not directly participate in transactions between farmers and their customers.

User Accounts

To use GårdLink, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to GårdLink. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) unless otherwise stated. We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. You may request a copy of your data before termination.

Limitation of Liability

GårdLink is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of GårdLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
